Jacobsen began reporting on the daily activity of the local slaughter houses in Chicago. Since then, The Jacobsen has maintained its legacy by evolving with the times, consistently providing its clients with objective and accurate information in the commodities marketplace.
The Jacobsen is now offering real-time reporting that will allow subscribers to assess intraday trading in the marketplace. They have also released a mobile data app and a mobile update to their already dynamic website for all commodities tracked including: animal proteins, sausage casings, hide and leather, grain and feed ingredients, vegetable oils, international fats, proteins and oils, and International hide and leather.
With this new real-time data for the fats markets, The Jacobsen will be able to offer its subscribers the information they need in a prompt fashion regardless of where they are from any type of device.
